You are invited to submit an extended abstract (up to 3 pages including references and illustrations ) to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail.
The abstract has to reach the Secretariat by December 15, 2003.
Please follow the instructions for authors for abstract preparation.

After review by the Scientific Committee, you will be informed about acceptance by February 9, 2004.

All the 3-page extended abstracts related to accepted lectures and posters will be published in the Conference Proceedings (with an ISBN number), which will be available at the registration desk.

Following this step, some authors will be contacted by the Scientific Committee in order to prepare a full text paper to be submitted in PF 2004 Special Issues of :

- Trends in Food Science & Technology (limited to 8-9 review papers)
