Your registration will be effective after receiving full payment.

Please return the Registration Form together with your payment to the Conference Secretariat by regular mail.

We will send an Invoice to you by mail when we will receive your registration form and payment (cheque, bank transfer).

Cancellations can only be accepted if notified in writing before 14 May 2004.
A charge of 100 EURO will be withheld in order to cover the administration and banking costs.
